Oisin: They drown children, what if they took Kelly?
3. Eugene bites his thumb.
Eugene: They don't kidnap people from their bedrooms. They only take the kids that are upsetting the waters, while they're upsetting them.
Page 3
1. Oisin looks down at his feet, no longer confident.
Oisin: Oh…
2. Eugene puts his hand through Oisin's shoulder.
Eugene: I know how you feel about her, how you want to help her find her daughter. There are a lot of bad things in this world and any one of them may have taken her.
3. He smiles, slightly.
Eugene: I'll help you, if you like.
4. Oisin looks tired and a bit sad, but he still smiles.

2. Oisin pulls down a filter.
Oisin: I can't believe the things you don't know. You seem to know a lot.
3. Eugene watches him with keen interest.
Eugene: I know many things. I know the real names of the true angels and devils.

Eugene: Of course they do. They exist and so does a lot more.
3. Oisin looks a bit sad.
Oisin: I see.
4. Eugene looks away from the coffee machine, concerned for him.
Eugene: What is with that? You're the only person I know that would be sad about there being an afterlife.
Page 7
1. Oisin walks out of the kitchen.
Oisin: You only know three people.
2. Eugene follows him out.
Eugene: I don't care. Why are you so against there being an afterlife?

Eugene: What is that?
Oisin: It's a laptop. Oh my, they didn't even have computers in your time.
2. Oisin turns it on.
Oisin: It's like tv but you can do a lot more than just watch it. You can search for anything, get information, write things down, do photography, make phone calls, most anything.
3. Eugene leans in, very interested.
Eugene: This is amazing!
Oisin: Everything's amazing to you, doesn't it?
Page 10
